Spring is here. More garlic than weeds has come up at this point and is looking good. With the birth of our third son this winter we decided not to sell plants this year. We have been chipping away at the garden. Still early on the lavender annalysis but so far it looks like decent survival with some winter die back. With the extremely low temperatures these past winters, we have come to expect some loss. Particuarly the older plants and those farthest from wind break seem to be most affected. Once we get them weeded and trimmed (nows the time!), I will post a picture of the lavender plot.
